We boast high rates of commercial contract renewals due to our exceptional service, attention to detail, and competitive pricing. We have considerable experience in servicing apartment buildings and are looking to expand into retail and industrial properties.
Some landscaping companies will bid surprisingly low on commercial property maintenance contracts so that they can gain new business and new clients. When it’s time to renew the contract, their price may suddenly increase by 30%-50% or more! Property managers either have to scramble to find a lower priced landscaper, or just accept it and end up paying more than they should.
This business model is not sustainable and causes stress for the property manager, so our contracts are priced fairly and honestly from the beginning. For another level of security, our contracts are limited to a maximum 5% annual price increase (as long as there are no major changes to the property/scope of work) so there are no surprises at renewal.
We are fully insured, WSIB compliant, and strictly obey all local noise bylaws.
Our services are split into summer (April 1-October 31) and winter (November 1-March 31) seasons.
