Residential Landscaping Services

Back in 2011, Silver Pine started the same way as most landscaping companies do: A truck, a lawnmower, and a few residential clients.

We’ve certainly grown since then, but providing top-notch customer service has remained our number one strategy for success. Our main objective is to make your property look good, it’s as simple as that!

We provide summer services (April 1-October 31) as well as winter services (November 1-March 31).

Our summer contracts include:

• Regular visits once per week
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Clearing away grass clippings
• Light garbage cleanup (anything that has blown into your garden or yard throughout the week)
• Garden weeding
• Fall leaf cleanups
• Spring cleanups
• Recommendations for improving lawn/garden health as required

Our winter contracts include:

• 24/7 on call snow clearing (plowing and shoveling)
• Salting (with rock salt or ice melt)

We also offer many extra services such as:

• Mulch top ups
• Removal of dead trees, shrubs, etc.
• One-time garden cleanups
• Planting of flowers, bushes, and trees
• Irrigation system fall shutdown/spring opening
• Lawn aeration
• Tree pruning over 12 feet
• Power washing for sidewalks, patios, driveways, etc.
• And more!

Contracts are payable monthly, or pay for the full season in advance for 10% off.
